Manish Sisodia’s lawyer said that there was a discussion with the Lieutenant Governor regarding the excise policy. The suggestions given by the Lieutenant Governor were also included in the policy. The CBI has alleged that Manish Sisodia hatched a criminal conspiracy in the liquor scam and also tried to destroy evidence.
He was arrested and kept in the CBI Headquarters. It was here that the CBI called a team of doctors and got their medical checkup done.
