Adv Vaibhav Srivastava Appointed AAG for Himachal Pradesh in SC

Advocate Vaibhav Srivastava has been appointed as the Additional Advocate General (AAG) to represent the government of Himachal Pradesh in matters presented before the Supreme Court of India.

Srivastava previously served as the Deputy Advocate General representing the State of Madhya Pradesh before the Supreme Court.

A notification announcing his appointment as an AAG for the State of Himachal Pradesh was issued on August 23.

AAG Srivastava possesses more than 15 years of experience. He has practiced before the Supreme Court and the Delhi High Court. Additionally, he has appeared before High Courts including those of Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Gauhati, among others.

He embarked on his legal career under the guidance of Senior Advocate Vivek Tankha, who later held the position of Additional Solicitor General of India.
