A court in Ballia (Uttar Pradesh) has sentenced a man and his mother to life imprisonment for the murder of his wife for dowry in 2019.
District Judge Gyan Prakash Tiwari has sentenced Shyam Bahadur Rajbhar and his mother Chita Devi for the killing of Mamata Rajbhar (25).
Superintendent of Police, Dev Ranjan Verma confirmed that the incident occured on October 27, 2019.
An FIR regarding the matter was filed by the victim’s brother Manoj Kumar.
