MP MLA Court Issues Summons Against AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi

MP MLA Court of Siddharthnagar, Uttar Pradesh has issued summons to All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen chief Asaduddin Owaisi. The court has directed owaisi to appear before the court on January 30.

The MP MLA court has summoned Owaisi on the complaint of Rakesh Pratap Singh, a resident of Siddharthnagar, in which he has alleged that AIMIM chief Owaisi had made derogatory remarks on various news channels on the Supreme Court’s decision in the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid case.

After his remarks, complaint number 566/2022 was filed against the Hyderabad MP by a petitioner named Rakesh Pratap Singh, a resident of the Siddharthanagar district.
