The Patiala House Court will hear on Tuesday the framing of charges against film actress Jacqueline Fernandes, accused in the Rs 200 crore money laundering case involving conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar.
In this case, ED has made Jacqueline an accused, and has filed a charge sheet against her.
Earlier the Bollywood actress was granted regular bail on November 15 on the ground that the accused was not arrested during investigation, which clearly makes it a bailable case.
Jacqueline was granted the relief by Special Judge Shailendra Malik on a personal bond of Rs 2 lakh with the condition that she will not leave the country without the court’s prior permission and also directed her to join the probe when asked by the ED.
In fact, As per ED, gifts worth crores were given to actress Jacqueline by conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar. In this particular case till now many people have been questioned separately.
