Pee Case: Patiala House Adjourned Shankar Mishra’s Bail Application Till January 30th

The Patiala House Court Adjourned the Bail Application of Shankar Mishra till 30th January. Shankar Mishra is an accused of Urinating on co passenger in Delhi Bound Air India Flight. He was caught by Delhi Police from Bengaluru. Now He is in Judicial Custody.
The court adjourned the matter as the investigating officer of the case could not attend today’s court proceedings. It also noted that the counsel for the complainant was not given a copy of the bail application by Shankar Mishra’s counsel.

The court said that neither the copy was given to the complainant nor the IO is present, therefore the matter is adjourned till January 30.
