The Delhi high court in December 22 will hear plea filed by Kuldeep Singh Sengar, who is serving life sentence in the Unnao rape case.
Kuldeep Singh Sengar has filed an interim bail plea in the Delhi High Court. Kuldeep Singh Sengar has sought bail from the court to attend his daughter’s wedding.
Sengar’s daughter is to be married on 8 February 2023, whose ceremony will start from 18 January. Kuldeep Singh Sengar is serving life sentence in the Unnao rape case.
The case of rape came to light in the year 2017. On 20 December 2019, Sengar was sentenced to life imprisonment in the Unnao rape case.
