Delhi’s Patiala House Court will hear the bail plea of accused Shankar Mishra who urinates on a co-passenger on an Air India flight, from New York to Delhi,
The Delhi Police has to file its reply in the court today on Shankar Mishra’s bail plea. Earlier on January 7, the Patiala House court sent to judicial custody to
the accused Shankar Mishra for 14 days. In the last hearing, of the case, the police told the court Said that we need to questions Air India employees and pilots as well.
On November 26 last year, the Air India flight was reaching Delhi from New York. During the journey, Shankar Mishra, who was traveling in business class, got drunk and urinated on a 70-year-old woman. Later, after receiving a complaint from the woman, a case was registered against Shankar Mishra under sections 354, 294, 509, and 510 of the IPC.
