Sagar Dhankar Murder Case: Sagar Dhankhar’s Father Moves Delhi HC Seeking Transfer Of The Case To Fast-Track Court

Ashok the father of deceased Sagar Dhankar on Wednesday filed a petition in Delhi high court seeking the transfer of the murder case of his son to a fast-track court for time-bound disposal.

The petitioner has stated that the accused persons in the present case are well-connected and influential. Some of them are government servants and also belong to the notorious Kala Asodha Gang and the main conspirator Sushil Kumar is a world-famous celebrity and Olympian, he added

Sagar Dhankhar was killed on May 4, 2021, at Chhatrasal Stadium in Delhi. In this case, some wrestlers including Olympian Sushil Kumar were accused of murder.

Sushil Kumar and his associates had allegedly thrashed Dhankhar and his two friends – Sonu and Amit Kumar – over a property dispute. After this Dhankhar died.
