Shraddha Murder: Delhi Police likle to file Charge Sheet today in Saket Court Against Accuse Aftab

The Delhi Police likely to file charge sheet today in Delhi’s Saket Court In the Shraddha murder case.

According to sources, in the draft charge sheet of more than 3000 pages, apart from more than 100 witnesses, forensic and electronic evidence has been made the basis. The bones recovered from Chhatarpur forests and their DNA report which confirmed that the bones belonged to Shraddha are also part of the charge sheet. Apart from this, Aftab Poonawala’s confession and narco test report are also included, although both these reports are not of much importance in the court.

On May 18, Aftab Poonawala strangulated Shraddha to death in Delhi’s Chhatarpur area and then cut her body into 36 pieces.
