Supreme Court Collegium Recommends Elevation of 3 Advocates as Delhi HC Judges

The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the appointment of three advocates as judges of the Delhi High Court.

The advocates recommended are: Ajay Digpaul, Harish Vaidyanathan Shankar, and Ms. Shwetasree Majumder.

The Collegium, comprising CJI DY Chandrachud and Justices Sanjiv Khanna and BR Gavai, after consulting with the Acting Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court, Justice Manmohan, has deemed these advocates fit and suitable for the role of High Court Judges.
