The case relates to the killing of an RSS leader in Palakkad District in 16 april ,2022 According to the prosecution, the accused, who were members of the banned PFI, had conspired to eliminate the leader due to ideological differences. Granting bail, the court imposed strict conditions on the accused, including:

• Surrendering their passports.
• Not leaving the state without prior permission.
• Reporting to the local police station at regular intervals.
• Avoiding any contact with witnesses in the case.
