Woman Tells New York Court That Donald Trump Molest Her On Flight

A woman has recently told a New York trial court that Donald Trump sexually assaulted her in the late 1970s on a flight in the United States.

Jessica Leeds related the alleged attack while testifying in the writer E Jean Carroll’s rape and defamation lawsuit against the ex-president.

Leeds told the federal court of Manhattan that Trump put his hand up her skirt in the section of a business class flight to New York in 1978 or 1979.

She added that “There was no conversation. It was like out of the blue,” said Leeds, now 81. “He was trying to kiss me, grabbing my breasts.”

Also, Trump has frequently denied all allegations of sexual assault and has never been criminally prosecuted over any such claims.

Therefore, Leeds was called to testify by Carroll’s lawyers for persuading the 9 persons jury that Trump has engaged in a pattern of sexual misconduct.

Carroll (79) has sued Trump alleging that he sexually assaulted her in a changing room at the luxury Bergdorf Goodman department store in Manhattan in the mid-1990s.

Furthermore, she claims that Trump then humiliated her when he called her “a complete con job” after she went public with the allegation in 2019.

She made her allegations in an interview with The New York Times weeks before the 2016 election that sent Trump to the White House.

About a dozen women came forward accusing Trump of sexual misconduct in the run-up to the vote.

Leeds recalled that “I was furious because he was lying.”

Previously, Jurors watched a video of Trump’s denial of Leeds’ allegation, where he said, “Believe me, she would not be my first choice.”

However, Trump’s lawyers confirmed that the ex-president would not be testifying.

Previously, Carroll filed her lawsuit after a law took effect in New York that gave victims sexual assault of 1-year window to sue their alleged abusers after attacks may have occurred.

Therefore, the suit seeks undefined damages and asks that Trump take back his comments.

Last month, Trump pleaded not guilty in a criminal case in connection to a hush-money payment made to a porn star just before the 2016 vote.

Also, Trump is being investigated over his efforts to overturn his 2020 election loss in the southern state of Georgia where he was alleged in mishandling of classified documents taken from the White House as well as his involvement in the US Capitol storming by his supporters on January 6, 2021.
