The Family Court did not hear properly, angry man vandalized the judge’s car

Car

A disgruntled litigant expressed his anger by causing significant damage to a family court judge’s car parked at the Thiruvalla court complex. The incident occurred following a heated exchange during the proceedings related to his marital dispute.

The man, who represented himself in the case against his wife, alleged a lack of impartiality and claimed that his side was not being adequately heard by the court.

The enraged individual smashed all the windows of the judge’s car, leaving it with numerous dents and a barely intact windscreen.

Local police promptly apprehended the accused and filed a First Information Report (FIR) against him for disrupting court proceedings, intimidation, and damaging public property.

According to authorities, the couple’s case initially began in a court in Pathanamthitta in 2017, but the man sought its transfer to the Thiruvalla family court, citing a lack of trust in the former. The transfer took place earlier this year.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing, and the accused will face legal consequences for his actions.
