Gujarat High Court To Get New 5 Judges

The President of India recently assented to the appointment of 5 Judicial Officers as Judges of the Gujarat High Court.

The Notification states that ” In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the C, the President is pleased to appoint-

Ms. Susan Valentine Pinto, S/Shri, Hasmukhbhai Dalsukhbhai Suthar, Jitendra Champaklal Doshi, Mangesh Rameshchandra Mengdey, and Divyeshkumar Amrutlal Joshi to be Judges of the High Court of Gujarat, in order of seniority, with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices.
