Gyanvapi-Shivling: Hearing of all 5 different cases will be heard on Dece 12 at Varanasi Court

The Civil Judge Senior Division Mahendra Kumar Pandey, will hear on December 12, the case of Lord Aadi Vishweshwar Virajman filed by International General Secretary of Vishwa Vedic Sanatan Sangh Kiran Singh Visen. The petitioner sought to hand over the Gyanvapi campus to Hindus and  stop the entry of Muslims into the Gyanvapi campus and worship the alleged Shivling found there.

Civil Judge Senior Division Mahendra Kumar Pandey will also hear the case filed by Hindu Sena president Vishnu Gupta and Ajit Singh seeking permission for the worship, of the alleged Shivling found in the Gyanvapi premises.

The  application has been filed on behalf of environmentalist Prabhunarayan will also be heard by Civil Judge Senior Division Mahendra Kumar Pandey. In the prayer letter, a demand has been made to ban non-Hindus from entering Gyanvapi and to restore the cultural heritage, along with darshan-worship of visible and invisible deities. In the prayer letter, a request has been made to give relief on the basis of scientific method with faith.
The court will also hear an application filed by Advocates Anushka Tiwari and Indu Tiwari’s seeking direction to state government in the construction of a grand temple and to remove the barricading installed in Gyanvapi in 1993.
The Civil Judge Senior Division will hear K Srivastava will hear an application filed by Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati and Ramsjeevan seeking permission for the worship, of the alleged Shivling found in the Gyanvapi premises. The petitioner said that the status of a deity in law is similar to that of a living child. Not giving them food and water is a violation of the fundamental right to personal liberty under Article 21 of the Constitution.
