Illegal Arms Factory Busts In Bengal’s Baruipur, One Arrested

The Baruipur Police District Special Operation Group has recently found an illegal arms factory in the Kashipur area that lies under the jurisdiction of Jayanagar Police Station.

Police stated that, one person was arrested by the police and multiple weapons have been recovered from him.

The Baruipur Police District SOG team in a joint operation with Jayanagar and Bakultala Police station found the location of the arms factory from the Kashipur area under Jayanagar Police Station and arrested a miscreant with the multiple weapons.

Police stated, the person has been identified as Rahmatullah.

Baruipur SP Palash Chandra Dhali stated, “We have recovered an illegal arms factory in Kashipur. Multiple weapons were recovered and one person has been arrested. We have recovered 2 large pipe guns and 8 small pistols with multiple friendship tools. The person arrested will be taken to Baruipur court today, and we will appeal to the court to take him into custody.”
