Police in Baramulla (Jammu and Kashmir), following an attachment order issued by the Hon’ble Court Baramulla, have seized land properties worth Rs 1 crore belonging to five Pakistan-based terror handlers.
According to an official statement, the seized property, totaling nine kanals (1.125 acres), was identified as belonging to terror handlers during police investigation.
The individuals involved are Bashir Ahmad Ganie, Mehraj ud din Lone, Ghulam Mohd Yatoo, Abdul Rehman Bhat, and Abdul Rashid Lone. The action was conducted under Section 83 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC), pertaining to a case registered in 2008.
