Chief Justice Ashish Desai

Chief Justice Ashish Desai of the Kerala High Court was admitted to a private hospital in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, after experiencing vomiting and uneasiness during his visit to the Mahakaleshwar temple early Tuesday morning, according to an official statement.

Treatment

Desai received initial treatment at the temple premises before being transferred to Ujjain Heart Care Hospital, as reported by Dr. Chirag Desai of the hospital.

Darshan

Ujjain District Collector Neeraj Kumar Singh confirmed the incident, stating that the Chief Justice had arrived at the Mahakaleshwar temple in Ujjain early in the morning for darshan (worship) of the deity. However, due to his discomfort, he was attended to at the temple and subsequently admitted to the hospital.
