Indian TV actress, Muskan Nancy James, has filed a complaint against her in-laws at the Amboli Police Station on December 18, accusing her husband, Prashant Motwani, of subjecting her to ongoing abuse, which allegedly led to her diagnosis of Bell’s Palsy.

The complaint includes multiple sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), such as 498-A, 323, 504, 506, and 34.

In her report, Muskan alleges that her in-laws demanded expensive gifts from her and her family. She also accused her mother-in-law, Mona, and sister-in-law, Hansika, of interfering excessively in her marriage with Prashant. While Muskan confirmed filing the case, she declined to share further details, stating, “I have sought legal assistance now. At this point, I am not at liberty to comment further.”

Muskan and Prashant married in 2020, but reports suggest that the couple separated in 2022 and have not been living together for nearly two years.

Muskan’s absence from her sister-in-law Hansika’s wedding to Sohael Khaturiya in December 2022, which was featured in a reality show, has raised further speculation.
