The New Delhi Bar Association (NDBA) has formally requested the Principal District and Sessions Judge of the Patiala House Court in Delhi not to issue any adverse orders for non-appearance in court on account of the “Praan Pratishtha of Bhagwan Shri Ram in Ayodhya on January 22, 2024.”
In a letter addressed to Principal District and Sessions Judge Sanjay Garg, the Bar body stated that, due to the significant event of “Praan Pratishtha of Bhagwan Shri Ram in Ayodhya,” advocates may face challenges in appearing in court on January 22, 2024.
