The District Session court in Pune on Thursday sentenced nine convicts to life imprisonment in connection with the 2013 murder of politician Prakash Anna Jondhale in Pune’s Hadapsar area.
The District Session court judge KP Nandedkar awarded life imprisonment to convicts Vicky Jadhav, Vaibhav Bhadale, Akshay Ingulkar, Shrikant Atole, Amol Shegde, Rahul Kaule, Vicky Patil, Suraj Phadke, and Akash Shinde. They were all linked with the Hindu Rashtra Sena (HRS.
