Sakshi Murder Case: Court Sends Accused Sahil To Police Remand For 3 Days

Delhi’s Rohini Court has sent accused Sahil to police remand for three days.

Sahil, who is charged with the brutal murder of a girl named Sakshi in the Shahabad Dairy area of Delhi.

The victim’s family is demanding the death penalty for the accused. The victim’s mother stated that her daughter had been staying at her friend Neetu’s house for the past 10 days.

She mentioned Neetu’s name, who is her daughter’s friend. She left home after talking about going to Neetu’s house to celebrate Neetu’s son’s birthday. Further, her mother also mentioned that she often visited Neetu’s house and stayed there.

According to sources, after committing the ruthless murder of the 16-year-old girl, the accused hid the weapon used in the murder in Rithala. The police have not yet recovered that weapon.

Afterwards, he went into hiding at his aunt’s house in Bulandshahr. The police traced the location of the accused through his mobile phone and subsequently apprehended him from Bulandshahr.

According to sources, the accused appeared fearless when he was questioned after the arrest. It is said that he confessed his crime in front of the police without any remorse.

He stated that he had a relationship with the deceased. He doesn’t feel any regret for his crime. The victim ignored him, which made him lose control and commit the heinous murder.
