Krishna Janambhoomi

The work of survey by Amin could not be done on Monday in Mathura’s Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi EIdgah land dispute. Due to condolence in the court today, the survey has been postponed.

On December 24, the lower court of Mathura had ordered an Amin survey of the EIdgah on the claim of the Hindu army regarding the Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi EIdgah dispute. Amin has to submit his report to the court before January 20. Petitioner’s lawyer Shailesh Dubey told Legally Speaking that on December 8, Hindu Sena national president Vishnu Gupta and vice-president Surjit Singh Yadav, residents of Delhi, presented the claim in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division (III) judge Sonika Verma.

Earlier, in the Shringar Gauri-Gyanvapi case of Varanasi, on August 17, 2021, five women had filed a petition regarding worship and safety of idols in Shringar Gauri. While hearing this, Civil Judge Senior Division Ravi Kumar Diwakar, posted there at that time, appointed the Court Commissioner and ordered a survey of Gyanvapi.
