Swati Maliwal Assault Case: Police Escorts Bibhav Kumar to Kejriwal’s Residence for Crime Scene Recreation

The Delhi Police escorted Bibhav Kumar, purportedly involved in an assault on AAP MP Swati Maliwal, to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s residence to reconstruct the alleged crime scene, an officer disclosed.

The Delhi Police detained Kumar, Kejriwal’s personal aide on 18th May (Friday) and remanded to five-day police custody.

“A contingent of Delhi Police officers accompanied him to the CM’s residence for the recreation of the crime scene and to verify the sequence of events at approximately 5:45 pm,” the officer remarked.

The former Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) Chief had lodged an FIR against Kumar for allegedly assaulting her during her visit to Kejriwal‘s residence in the Civil Lines area on May 13.
