Undertrial Prisoner Throws Slipper at Magistrate in Rajasthan

According to Rasik Mohammad, ASI of City Kotwali police station, an undertrial prisoner who was brought to a local court for a hearing in a case of theft in Bhilwara district of Rajasthan, hurled his slipper at the magistrate inside the courtroom.

Mohammad stated that Ismail, who is currently under judicial custody, was taken to the court of additional chief judicial magistrate from jail.

He mentioned that Ismail suddenly took out his slipper and threw it at the magistrate. Mohammad added that as a result, the accused was sent back to judicial custody. Furthermore, he mentioned that a case is being registered against the accused by the magistrate and he will be arrested on a production warrant.
