The investigation of the Kanjhawala case has been handed over by the Union Home Ministry to Delhi Police Special Commissioner Shalini Singh. Along with this, the Central Government has ordered the Police Commissioner of Delhi to submit the inquiry report soon. Today, in the Kanjhawala case, the five accused have been sent to police remand for three days by Delhi’s Rohini court.
All the five accused were produced in Delhi’s Rohini court. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, all the five accused were presented in the judge’s chamber of Rohini court. The same Delhi Police demanded remand from the court for questioning the accused. After which the court has sent all the accused on police remand for three days.
The dead body of a girl was found in a decomposed condition in Delhi’s Kanjhawala area. Police has arrested 5 people in this case. It is alleged that the accused hit the girl’s scooty with the car, due to which the girl got trapped under the vehicle and the accused dragged her for several kilometers after which she died painfully.
