UP: Woman Chokes Man To Death During Sex, Says “Fed Up Of Being Blackmailed”

Woman Chokes Man To Death

In a shocking incident from Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, a 32-year-old woman has been arrested for allegedly choking a man to death during a sexual act after he blackmailed her into engaging in intimate acts.

The victim, identified as Iqbal, was found dead near his home two days after his wife filed a complaint. Iqbal, an artisan who frequently visited homes in the woman’s village for work, had reportedly become acquainted with her and the two exchanged phone numbers.

According to the woman’s statement, Iqbal had initially lured her into a sexual encounter under the pretext of work-related matters. After that, he reportedly blackmailed her into having sex on multiple occasions, threatening to destroy her family’s reputation by sharing intimate phone recordings.

Desperate to protect her children and preserve her family, the woman complied, but eventually grew tired of the constant coercion.

On Wednesday, while Iqbal was away dropping his wife at her parents’ house, the woman contacted him and expressed a desire to meet. Iqbal allegedly gave her two pills to sedate her husband, which she used to put him to sleep. That night, she called Iqbal to his home.

Once there, the woman told police she was determined to either kill him or take her own life. During the encounter, she claimed that Iqbal attempted to engage in sexual activity again, prompting her to act in self-defense. “I held his hands apart and sat on his chest. Then I kept one hand on his mouth and choked him with the other,” she explained in her statement.

After ensuring Iqbal was dead, she left his body on the staircase and returned home, convinced that she had no other option but to protect her family.

The police have arrested the woman based on her confession and are investigating the case further.
