Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar inaugurated the new building of the Society of Indian Law Firms (SILF) on Monday, which includes a new dispute resolution center.
As the chief guest, Dhankhar expressed that the new center would further solidify the country’s position as a global legal hub.
Lalit Bhasin, President of SILF, emphasized the society’s professional responsibility to decrease case backlogs, stating that the center would facilitate dispute resolution.
“SILF firmly advocates that mediation can revolutionize the justice administration system. With recent legislation by Parliament regarding mediation, the center will offer avenues for resolving disputes,” he noted.
