Saurabh Kirpal – A Lawyer towords a judge! Half Way, Half Myth and Half Truth

Why is the media-judiciary and bureaucracy hiding the basic fact that is preventing Saurabh Kirpal from becoming a judge?

In my opinion, it is half true that he is gay or that he is a woman in a man’s body. So he is being preventing to be a judge! The true fact is that (S)he does not have an Indian boyfriend. Her boyfriend is a Swiss national, working with an International Mission in India.

The question arises whether a man-woman or TG got married to a foreign national can handle the constitutional responsibility?

Section 5(i)(c) of the Citizenship Act 1955 allows any foreign national to accept Indian citizenship. After completing this small formality, he himself or his spouse can handle the constitutional obligation. But in the case of Saurabh Kirpal, the snag is stuck here that she has not married her Swiss male lover, who is working in Delhi.

Although both are living like life partners for 20 years. But both have not solomanize the marriage. If Once Saurabh Kirpal Kirpal announces his marriage to Swiss boyfriend Nicolas Germain Bachmann And that marriage gets registered under the Special Marriage Act and Nicholas takes Indian citizenship then nobody will be left with anything to say. No alleged allegation (if any) can be made. In my view Saurabh Kripal can handle the constitutional office with pride after Solomonizing the marriage. But the billion dollar Question is, But the question on the lips of millions is why didn’t Saurabh Kibharel and Nicolas Backman announce their marriage and why didn’t Nicolas apply for Indian citizenship? If he has considered Saurabh Kirpal as his girlfriend or better half…

Finally two questions- whether she wants to gain worldwide publicity by keeping this issue alive or wants to promote the dispute between Indian Judiciary and Legislature-Executives.

The story of Shikhandi Rajkumar of Mahabharata perfectly suits Saurabh Kirpal. Like Mandhata, Shikhandi had kept her gender clear in front of the whole world and according to the society, country, time and environment of that time, the homosexuals were given the honor of ruling and handling constitutional Powers. This is a story from thousands of years ago. Why can’t it happen today?

The question is of honesty and integrity between truth and falsehood. If there is any wrinkle left in the relationship of 20 years between Saurabh Kripal and Nicholas, then Saurabh Kripal herself should request the collegium not to proposed her name for Judgeship . She should come in front of the media and say that she is not hungry for position and prestige. She doesn’t want to be a judge.

If not so, then Saurabh Kirpal go ahead and get her marriage registered with Nicolas and ask her loving husband Nicolas to apply for citizenship of India, Then After Saurabh Kirpal wife Nicolas Backman take firm steps and move forward to take oath of Judgeship.
