A Delhi court has convicted an accused in a 20-year-old road accident case. The court said that argument on the sentence in this case will be held on December 22.

The court also noted that there is nothing on record to show that the death of the victim was due to the injuries sustained in the accident. The court said that conviction could be based on his sole testimony.
The prosecution had said in the court that the tractor driver fled from the spot after seeing Naval Kishore Sharma seriously injured. In this case, the police of Uttam Nagar police station had registered a case against the tractor driver.
