The Supreme Court today extended interim order which has stayed the trial court’s proceedings against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
The case was registered against him in 2014 in UP’s election campaign.
The division bench of Justices KM Joseph & BV Nagarathna defer case after the State government stated that it needed more time to file a response to the plea.
