Bombay High Court directs Mumbai Police not to take any coercive action till February 1st

The Bombay High Court has directed Mumbai police that ‘no coercive action’ against Rakhi Sawant till February 1 in a case filed by a model against Rakhi. 

Rakhi Sawant has filed a plea on the High Court seeking anticipatory bail in the case.

Eariler Mumbai police has registered a case against Sawant on the model-actor’s complaint on January 19 alleging that Sawant made inappropriate videos and photos of her which has gone viral.
The Mumbai Police told to  legally speaking that upon the complaint, an FIR was registered against Rakhi Sawant.
