Burger King Shootout Case: Delhi Police Makes 1st Arrest

The Delhi Police on Friday has stated, it has made its first arrest in connection with the recent murder of a man at a food outlet in west Delhi’s Rajouri Garden.

A senior police officer stated that the arrested accused is the one who allegedly brought the 2 shooters in his vehicle at the spot to commit the murder.

He added that, the accused is being further interrogated.

What’s In The Case

According to police, Aman Joon (26), hailing from Haryana was shot dead by 2 gangsters while he was sitting with a woman inside a Burger King outlet in Rajouri Garden’s J Block on June 18.

The police stated that the victim suffered 38 gunshot wounds.

They stated that, Joon’s killing was an outcome of a gang war between jailed gangsters Neeraj Bawana and Ashok Pradhan.

Furthermore, the officer said that 3 other suspects, the woman who accompanied Joon and the 2 shooters, are still at large.
