Vineet Jindal, a Delhi-based lawyer, has filed a complaint against unknown persons with DCP South West and Sho Vasant kunj on JNU incident where casteist remarks and threat to kill has been extended against members of vaishya and Brahmin community.
In his complaint, Jindal said, The slogans not only limited to targeting specific casts of students and teachers but also extended threats to kill them.
Jindal added “We are aware of many hateful and anti- National incidents organized by Leftists in past on JNU Campus and Anti-social elements have defaced the chambers of independent-thinking professors to
intimidate and threaten them even a woman professor, whose gate has ‘Go Back
to Shakha’ written on it, was held hostage for three days in 2019. Continues anti-national and hateful acts at JNU become a hate factory that can be stopped only by taking strong legal action against the persons/students who have done this
hateful act.
In his complaint, Jindal also said that, this is very serious in nature and attracts 153A, & B,505,506 and 34 of IPC and is cognizable in Nature The complainant requests you to lodge FIR
against unknown persons under the above-said section.
