The Central Government of India vide notification dated 05.11.2022 by the Union Ministry of Personnel, the Public Grievances and Pensions, appointed the following former judges and the lawyers as the Judicial Members:
Justice (Retd) T Krishna Valli, the former judge of Madras High Court
Justice (Retd) Vikas Kumar Srivastav, the former judge of Allahabad High Court
Kuldip Kumar Kareer, the former District Judge, Punjab and President, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission
Vishesh Sharma, the former District Judge, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh
Ashok Kumar Bhardwaj, Advocate
Praveen Gupta, Advocate
Mahendra Khandelwal, Advocate
Bidisha Banerjee, Judicial Member, Central Administrative Tribunal
Sanjiv Jain, District Judge, Delhi
These members have been appointed for a period of five years from the date of taking charge or till attaining the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.

In India there are 16 benches of NCLT, at present.
The Supreme Court had pulled up the Central Government for delaying up these vacancies in August 2020. Last year, the Appellate Tribunal Bar Association and the National Company Law Tribunal had moved the apex court in May for seeking the filling up of NCLT and NCLAT vacancies without any delay.
