Decoding Sec 87 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996

The moment a challenge to any arbitral award is filed under Section 34 or Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, that would be parsed into a disputed debt under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 which would eventually result to be held as non-maintainable.
