The Delhi High Court on Friday granted 7-hour interim bail to Manish Sisodia, the accused in the Delhi liquor policy case.
The court has allowed Manish Sisodia to come out of jail and meet his wife for a few hours on Saturday.
The Delhi High Court has granted Manish Sisodia interim bail for a period of 7 hours from 10 am – 5 pm. He will have to return to jail in the evening. Also, the court has ordered the submission of his wife’s medical report by tomorrow evening.
As part of the conditions set by the Delhi High Court, Manish Sisodia is prohibited from speaking to the media during the interim bail period. He is not allowed to communicate with anyone except his members of the family.
Furthermore, he is also not permitted to use mobile phones or the internet during this time.
In fact, Manish Sisodia requested interim bail on the grounds of his wife’s health.
