Demand For Action Against Owner Of Hindenburg: Report On Adani Group Reaches SC

The matter of American firm Hindenburg’s report on Adani Group has now reached in the Supreme Court. Advocate Manohar Lal Sharma filed a petition against Anderson, the owner and founder of the controversial company Hindenburg in the Supreme Court.

An inquiry has been demanded in the petition against Anderson of cheating over the innocent investors by naming him as a “short seller”.

Petition stated the demand of compenation to the investors whilst taking legal actions against Anderson.
American Firm Hinderson recently released the report of Adani Group. Further in his report, Hindenburg alleged The market of Adani Group manipulation and fraud in account. After the outcome of the report there has been a huge fall of shares in the Adani Group. However, Gautam Adani called the alligations misleading & baseless. He further claimed that public was misled in the report.
