Bollywood actor Jacqueline Fernandez on Wednesday filed an application in Delhi’s Patiala house seeking permission to travel to Dubai from January 27 to 30, to attend the PepsiCo India conference. The court asked the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to file response on Jacqueline’s plea. During the hearing ED sought time to file reply on Jacqueline’s plea. Additional Sessions Judge Shailender Malik has asked ED to file response till January 27.
The posted this matter for further hearing on Friday, January 27. Jacqueline Fernandes today also withdrew her earlier application seeking to travel to Dubai due to rescheduled of her travel programme. Jacqueline Fernandez in her application sought permission of this Court to travel to Dubai from January 27 – January 30. The reason for undertaking the travel to Dubai is on account of the PepsiCo India Conference in Dubai.
The plea also added that for this programme she has recently received an Invitation. The Applicant recently received an invitation to perform at the said PepsiCo Conference in Dubai as a star performer for the concert scheduled on Sunday, the 29th of January, 2023 for the Annual Bottler Conference organized by PepsiCo India Holdings Pvt.
