FIR Filed Against Gauri Khan: Mumbai Man Alleges “Breach Of Contract”

An FIR has been lodged today against Gauri Khan (A Designer & Wife of King Khan) under section 409 (criminal breach of trust) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

The complaint has been filed by Jaswant Shah who is a resident of Mumbai, alleged that the company where Gauri Khan was the brand ambassador, failed to give possession of a flat despite charging ₹86 lakh.

He complainant further alleged that the flat located in the Tulsiyani Golf View at Lucknow’s Sushant Golf City area was given to someone else.

The compliant was also filed against Tulsiyani Construction & Development Limited Chief Managing Director, Anil Kumar Tulsiyani and its Director Mahesh Tulsiyani, apart from Gauri Khan.
The complainant stated that he bought the flat after being influenced by brand ambassador Gauri Khan.
