However, a convict has been granted bail in the case. On the basis of the same, the remaining 27 convicts have filed bail petitions.
The public prosecutor also told the Supreme Court that the stone-pelters had set ablaze the bogie of the Sabarmati Express parked at Godhra station that was returning from Ayodhya after performing karseva.
