Conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar: I Want To Wish Jacqueline HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY

On his way from jail to Delhi’s Patiala House Court court on Tuesday, Sukesh Chandrashekhar said he wanted to wish Jacqueline Fernandez a “Happy Valentine’s Day”.

When asked about Jacqueline, Sukesh told the media persons that he didn’t want to comment on them. “Jacqueline has her reasons, and I don’t want to comment on them. When you love someone, you try to protect them”, he stated.

Upon being questioned about the claims made by Nora Fatehi, Sukesh responded, “She is only lying about everything.”

Fernandez is one of the accused in a Rs 200 Crore money laundering case also involving alleged Conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar. On November 15, 2022, she was granted regular bail in the case. Fernandez was not arrested in connection with the case.

“My statements against Kejriwal are not mere allegations they are the truth. I want a central agency to investigate”, Sukesh responsed when asked about the allegations he made against Kejriwal.

Delhi’s Patiala House Court on Tuesday continued hearing on the prosecution evidence in the money laundering case relating to conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar bribing Election Commission officials to secure the two leaves symbol of the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK).

EOW stated that the property case is ours, but ED wishes to auction the property. The court ordered the ED to auction vehicles seized during the investigation. According to the court, “ED should auction the seized vehicles so that public money is not burdened on maintenance.”

Court said on 20/12/2022 that it was directed that 26 vehicles would be handed over to ED .  Today, the Court ordered ED to auction off 26 seized vehicles.

Furthermore, the court ordered that both investigating agencies communicate with one another and auction off the vehicles. It also stated that ED will prepare a report on the vehicle auction and present it in court.

The court also stated that the accused in the case, Avtar Singh Kochhar, did not appear in court, requested an exemption from appearance, and stated that Kochhar is being treated at BLK hospital for a heart condition.

The court said that on the last day of the 7-day bail, without filing any petition, the defendant sought exemption from appearing in court.

Therefore, the Court granted NBW to accused Avtar Singh Kochhar.
