The Delhi’s Rohini Court on Monday sent Six accused, in the Kanjhawala incident, to judicial custody for 14 days.
During the hearing, the Delhi Police said that now they do not want the police remand of the accused. Delhi Police told Court that CCTV footage collected during investigation shows that the accused in Delhi’s Kanjhawala death case had got down from the car to check what was stuck and then continued driving. Then Court has remanded all accused to 14 days judicial custody. The sixth accused Ashutosh has filed a bail application in the Rohini court. On which the court will hear on Tuesday.
Last Saturday, Ankush Khanna, the 7th accused in the Kanjhawala case, got bail from Delhi’s Rohini court. Ankush Khanna was produced by Delhi Police in Rohini Court on Saturday. The court granted him bail on a personal bond of 20 thousand. Ankush Khanna surrendered at Sultanpuri police station on last Friday evening.
