The NIA on Tuesday seized multiple properties in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir under the anti-terrorism law.
The immovable properties were confiscated under the provisions of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), following directives from the National Investigation Agency’s special court in Jammu.
As per official sources, the NIA has presently seized two landed properties, specifically orchards, encompassing an area of nearly 20,000 square feet in the Kakapora tehsil of the district.
