A fast-track court in Pratapgarh (Uttar Pradesh) has sentenced a man to 10-year of imprisonment for raping a woman in 2017.
Additional District Judge Sumit Pawar found Shiv Kumar guilty. Kumar had additionally threatened the woman with severe consequences if she disclosed the incident to anyone.
