The Rouse Avenue Court on Friday has issued summons to Ratul Puri, nephew of former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister and senior Congress leader Kamal Nath.
Special Judge Vikas Dhull, while taking cognizance of a supplementary charge sheet
in the alleged fertilizer scam, directed Puri to appear before it on January 18.
While hearing the ED’s advocate told that prima facie there were enough evidence to prosecute Puri in the case.
