Tunisha Sharma Suicide: Actor Sheezan Khan Gets Permission To Travel Abroad

Actor Sheezan Khan Gets Mumbai Court’s Permission To Travel Abroad For Shooting

The Vasai Sessions Court in Maharashtra’s Palghar district has given actor Sheezan Khan permission to travel abroad.

Khan had filed a plea seeking his passport be temporarily released so that he may travel for work for the upcoming season of ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’.

Khan was arrested after Tunisha Sharma’s mother filed a complaint against him for abetting her daughter’s suicide.

On December 24, Sharma allegedly committed suicide on the set of their TV show, Ali Baba: Dastaan-e-Kabul. Sheezan was arrested the following day and released on bail on March 5 of this year.

“Applicant is permitted to go abroad and travel to the Republic of South Africa from today until 10.07.2023 for the purpose of shooting the TV series, ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi,” the court stated in its order.

Khan has been ordered to file an affidavit by a responsible person from the network that is shooting the show. This is in relation to the veracity of the e-mail given to him by the network firm regarding the television show “Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi.”

The court subsequently ordered the Waliv police station to return his original passport for a limited time, up to the date of his return to India on 10.07.2023. Meanwhile, an advocate appointed by Khan or any of his family members must appear in Vasai magistrate court to provide an update to the court.

“After returning to India on or before July 10, 2023, Khan must immediately surrender his passport to the police station and provide details of his travel itinerary from India to the Republic of South Africa, as well as his contact information, including mobile phone numbers,” the court stated.
