Tunisha Suicide Case: Bombay HC Adjourns Bail Petition Of Sheezan Khan

The Bombay High Court denied bail of TV actor Sheezan Khan in Tunisha suicide case on Friday. The Court said that the next hearing will be held on February 17, 2023.


The Government Council stated that while crt ask govt. council about the status of the case, it said that the report will take 7-8 days to come. Hence the investigation is pending.


“Tunisha passed away after a panic attack on December 15, the day Sheezan and Tunisha ended their relationship. Sheezan was the final person to meet Tunisha before she passed away, it has also been disclosed,” the court observed. In connection with Tunisha’s death, the actor has been held in judicial custody.

Additionally, Sheezan’s family had already claimed that the late actor’s mother had wrongly implicated him in the case. They added that Tunisha had become like a “family” to them. According to reports, Tunisha Sharma was dating Sheezan Khan.


Tunisha Sharma is said to have committed suicide on December 24, a fortnight after the two supposedly
ended their brief relationship. Sheezan Khan, who co-starred with the 20-year-old actor in ‘Ali Baba Dastaan-E-Kabul,’ was arrested on charges of abetment to suicide just hours after the actress died.
