Supreme Court to hear maney cases among Belgavi Dispute Between Karnataka and Maharashtra is an important case apart from this, what other issues are there, let’s see the court at a glance:

  • Supreme Court to hear the fresh plea filed by Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) mayoral candidate Shelly Oberoi and others seeking early holding of the mayoral election for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD).
  • Supreme Court will tomorrow hear the suit filed by the Maharashtra goverment in connection with the ongoing dispute over the Belagavi border connection Maharashtra and Karnataka.

  • Delhi High Court continue to hear plea of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha Chief and Rajyasabha MP Shibu Soren against Lokpal proceedings against him in a Disproportionate Assets (DA) case. These proceedings were initiated on the complaint filed by BJP MP Nishikant Dubey in August 2020.
